Light-colored hair often needs new vitality and shine.  Charcoal Tonalizing Foam Conditioner softens and cools yellow tones in blonde hair, illuminates the natural color and leaves the hair soft and shiny.  Hair will be extremely soft and silky. The blonde will be bright and shiny, without undesirable yellow tones.  Thanks to the "Carbon Black" pigment, the foam performs a strong toning action that enhances the hair's shine, with a temporary effect until the next shampoo.
